When Digital Storms offers lifetime support it doesn’t say lifetime free support.   If you have a problem and it’s been more than 60 days since you purchased you are going to have to pay shipping fees to them and if for some reason your machine isn’t covered by the warranty you have 15 days to pay for some undisclosed test fee as well as return shipping or they dispose of your system.   Check it out here:  https://www.digitalstorm.com/warranty.asp
