The importance of reviews for a small business can’t be overestimated. PC-Help works extremely hard to get good reviews by doing excellent work and providing excellent customer service. In general people need to be 2-3 times happier with a business to leave a good review than how mad they have to be to leave a bad review. Do we have bad reviews yes we do. Were they fair reviews? Yes in some cases they were. In others they were not. Such is life. We have tons of great reviews. We suggest you read a couple and then look at the bad reviews. Read them all because they are the most important. You should also note that we respond to our bad reviews and if we have done something wrong we are willing to address it and make it right. We think that is the most important part. Not that we won’t make mistakes but will fix them when we do.
