Remote Support Over the Internet
PC-Help specializes in state-of-the-art online Remote Support. We believe it's the future of PC support. Why use remote support? On Site PC Repair
We offer the same options with our On-Site support as wel do with the remote support, except with the convenience of having the technician right there with you. There are a few different ways PC-Help can work with you: We can come to you, or you can bring your computer to us. There is a fee for pickup, but no additional pickup fee if we fix your PC at your house.
If you choose for the technician to meet you at your house, we will set up a time that is the most convenient for you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.*
