At PC-Help, we offer a multitude of different services tailored specifically for helping you get your computer to where you want it. PC-Help offers an option where you pay $299 and we will take care of any software problem you have for an entire year on up to 2 computers and additional computers are only $50 each. Call or stop by one of our stores for more details.




On site support

On Site Support


On-site support is always an hourly fee billed in 15 minute increments with a 1 hour minimum.

If cost is the primary concern when getting your computer issues resolved then this is for you. We offer one of the lowest diagnostic fees around only $30. Once we have completed our diagnostics we will provide you with a breakdown of any hardware or software problems that we found during our diagnostic process. In most cases we will provide you a price quote for repair of your system and occasionally we will also suggest that based on the condition of your system you should consider buying a new one. The average cost of a repair in our offices is less than $100.




Pick-Up and Delivery

If you want convenience and the piece of mind from getting a fixed price quote we offer this service as well. For a $50 fee we send a technician out to your house where we will disconnect your computer and take it back to our office. Once there we will proceed with our standard drop off service and when everything in complete we will bring your system back to you and hook it back up ready for you to start using immediately.
